Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our wine bar team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and an unforgettable wine experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the wine bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and wine knowledge.
  • Develop and implement wine lists, menus, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide training and coaching to ensure high standards are met.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver seamless service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with wine trends, knowledge, and industry developments to maintain our reputation as a leading wine bar.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a wine bar or restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and wine knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage industry trends and developments.
