About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of National Electronic Sales to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in the electronics access control market across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue and pricing goals for electronics products growth.
  • Manage profitability of brands while maximizing sales through controlled pricing.
  • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team to develop a pipeline of talent as successors for key positions.
  • Develop and manage sales strategies with the sales leadership team to align with the Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Drive the sales revenue plan, managing costs and overall sales budget to meet financial goals.
  • Maintain excellent industry knowledge by gathering market data of competitive activity.
  • Develop and evolve channel strategy, maintaining and developing relationships with top-tier channel partners.
  • Drive share growth in strategic areas of focus, including mechanical, electronic security, and credential management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, with security access control electronics experience a plus.
  • BS/BA in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with and influence a variety of indirect and direct accounts.
  • Self-motivator and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to think strategically and problem-solve with entrepreneurial commitment to achieving goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute on business plans.
  • Collaborator with both customer and internal cross-functional teams.
