Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of National Electronic Sales to join our team at Allegion Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in the electronics access control market across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue and pricing strategies to drive growth in the electronics market.
  • Lead and manage a geographically dispersed sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion in the electronics market.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience in the security access control industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time, including travel to Canada and the US.
