We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales and Customer Service Director to join our team at goeasy Ltd.

goeasy Ltd. is a publicly traded company on the TSX with a strong track record of growth and success. Our company operates two main business units: easyfinancial, a consumer lending business that offers secured and unsecured loans, and easyhome, a rent-to-own business that provides furniture and electronics to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
