Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of National Electronic Sales to join our team at Allegion Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in the electronics access control market across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue and pricing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage a geographically dispersed sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improve sales processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, with a strong background in security access control electronics.
  • BS/BA in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and influence a variety of indirect and direct accounts.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to execute on business plans and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
