As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's internal and external clients, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business.

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical activities, including reviewing and preparing comprehensive templates, letters, reports, and other correspondence materials. You will also be responsible for recording minutes at meetings, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and managing and coordinating multiple calendars.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and clerical activities to support the firm's operations
  • Review and prepare comprehensive templates, letters, reports, and other correspondence materials
  • Record minutes at meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and team social events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
