Job Details
We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our internal and external clients. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical activities, including reviewing and preparing comprehensive templates, letters, reports, and other correspondence materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
