The position of Administrative Supervisor - Child Intervention provides supervision, guidance, and direction to Administrative Support staff in the provision of support services for programs within the Child Intervention office. This position also responds to complex queries and situations referred by other staff and/or public. The primary role of this position is to review and approve payments/invoices in the Child and Youth Financial Suite (CYFS) and Contract Management Administration System (CMAS) financial systems. Other responsibilities of this position include purchasing office supplies, ordering forms, accounts payable, records management, I.T. and building maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
Education: A High school diploma and a minimum of three years related office administration experience is required.

Equivalencies: Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of one year of experience for one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.

Experience in the following areas is required:

- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Advanced level computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with applicable systems such as 1GX, SharePoint, and/or program systems.
- Working knowledge of financial policies and procedures is
