Sellphone Lab is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to identified difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
- Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
