We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sellphone Lab. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
