Senior Dental Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dental Sales Professional to join our team. As part of our sales organization, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory plan to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the territory to become a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts.
- Manage sales opportunities and growth within the territory using CRM effectively.
- Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.
- Participate in local trade shows and company meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/French language skills.
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of B2B sales experience in lieu of education.
- 4+ years successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the dental space.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Skill Requirements:
- B2B selling experience using a proven sales model.
- Able to communicate technical product and clinical information effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information simply and concisely.
- Able to build strong relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and dealer partners.
Travel / Location Requirement:
- Able to travel, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays up to 40%.
