Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the On Premise channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales through strategic account management, product development, and marketing initiatives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of success in the beverage industry. You will work closely with our distribution partners, field sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive consumption, horizontal and vertical growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned territories, focusing on maximizing Red Bull consumption and expanding product availability;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business plans;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives, product promotions, and sales strategies;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Ensure consistent execution of Perfect Serve, Perfect Visibility, Complete Menu Entry, Consumption Activation, Staff Activation, and other core programs across all assigned accounts;
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements with customers and establish long-term relationships;
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner;
- Prepare and present business reviews, budget forecasts, and other reports to internal stakeholders as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the beverage industry;
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, increasing sales, and developing strong customer relationships;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Valid driver's license and clear driving abstract;
- Bilingual, fluent in French and English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.
