We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alma Counselling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems. They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, arranging travel, and performing data entry.

As an Administrative Assistant with Alma Counselling, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of our office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a variety of technology platforms, including MS Office and Google Drive, and will be required to maintain accurate records and reports.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
