About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Acura Maintenance Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Oversee payroll administration, manage digital databases, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Conduct research and perform data entry, using skills in MS Office, Google Docs, and database software
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
