About the Role:

Cogeco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Control and Integrity to join our team. As a key member of our revenue optimization team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the transformation of our radio and digital media business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the revenue control and integrity team to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and reporting.
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue optimization and control.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue optimization or control role, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue optimization strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
