Lead for Routing and Revenue Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and adjust broadcasting schedules, manage daily radio and digital advertising agreements, compile daily broadcasting logs, and perform reconciliations.
  • Oversee the routing team, validate timesheets, and monitor vacation schedules.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Control and Integrity Director on projects related to radio and digital income.
  • Engage in the recruitment process and facilitate employee training.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the routing team's processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure efficient routing operations in partnership with various departments.
  • Administer revenue tracking parameters within WideOrbit.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of radio and digital offerings.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Background in radio and digital media is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with WideOrbit software is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
