Description:

Reporting to the Director, the Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of pricing frameworks within the reservation system. This role entails ensuring adherence to pricing processes to uphold the integrity of revenue in alignment with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and sustain pricing frameworks for various fare categories including public, corporate, tour operators, groups, and special interest fares. Assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend best practices to preserve the integrity of the pricing structure.
  2. Manage the Group Request and Pricing email inbox, analyze reported issues, and make necessary adjustments.
  3. Document and monitor pricing modifications.
  4. Address ad hoc pricing inquiries (Travel Pass, Special Fare, refund processes, etc.).
  5. Contribute to ad hoc projects aligned with commercial requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Management Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management and yield optimization.
  3. Three to five years of experience with revenue management systems, utilizing statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with analytical tools and/or software.
  5. Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  6. Experience with S3P is a significant advantage.
