About the Role:

Cogeco is seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Control and Integrity to join our team. As a key member of our revenue optimization team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and contributing to the transformation of our radio and digital media business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the revenue control and integrity team, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure optimal revenue performance.
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies, leveraging market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Design and implement processes to optimize inventory management, pricing, and revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Participate in internal audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
