Market Knowledge and Relationships

  • Foster strong working relationships with Ennismore regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue, and Brand.
Pre-Opening Sales Strategies
  • Take ownership of pre-opening sales strategies and the sales critical path.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with key teams, including Hotel Operations, Brand, Revenue, Digital, Graphics, and PR, to ensure key information and insights are shared and strong relationships are built.
Requirements
  1. Experience
  • 8+ years' experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the Irish market.
Skills and Qualities
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal-driven.
  • Able to introduce structured ways of working into a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team leader with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Combines analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
