About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Excellcom Express. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless communication within the team, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Direct and control daily operations, maintaining efficiency and productivity.
  • Motivate staff to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Office.
Additional Information

This is a permanent position with a work term of 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
