We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Beleva Support Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

Job Summary:

  • Delegate work to office support staff as needed
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, with deadlines met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies related to records release under access to information legislation
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff on administrative procedures
  • Oversee office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Manage payroll administration
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
