We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at 24HR EMPLOYMENT LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A permanent full-time or part-time position (30 hours per week)
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Language: English
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
