Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at CANADA INC. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Summary:
- To coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- To oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.
- To establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Budget Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative services coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
