We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HYGGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on the national average for this role.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our team. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising other workers, recording meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members;
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files;
  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events;
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages;
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas;
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems;
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
