Business Development Manager

About the Role
As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region. You'll leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships and identify decision-makers in key sectors such as Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region.
- Sell our innovative RaaSS model offering businesses a cost-effective subscription-based recruitment solution.
- Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in key sectors.
- Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients positioning destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
- Continuously collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
- A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of managing remote work using your home office and internet setup.
