- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Financial Transactions: Send invoices, receive and issue payments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Calculations: Calculate billing charges.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility or clinic.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
- Work Hours: Heures de travail: 40 hours per week.
