Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reception Clerk to join our team at Skyworld Travel Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process information required to provide customer service, including obtaining and processing data, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and sending invoices.
  • Work independently, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and demonstrate flexibility, organization, and time management skills.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The Reception Clerk will work in a general office setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The Reception Clerk will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
