Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator, Region Office Operations, serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients of IG Wealth Management. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, supporting key business transactions, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, including welcoming clients, managing incoming calls, and inventory management
  • Mail and courier receipt, preparation, and distribution
  • Meeting room arrangement, technology setup, office equipment maintenance, and facilities review
  • Supporting the Consultant network and their teams with policies, procedures, and resources, including training and onboarding
  • Providing administrative duties and support to the Manager, Region Office Operations as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline
  • Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills
