About the Role:

The Weekend Evening Hospitality Attendant is an integral part of our Housekeeping Team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attention to detail of our guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all aspects of the role

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of previous Housekeeping experience in a fast-paced hotel operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language
  • Additional language skills a definite asset for career growth
