About the Role:

The Banquet Attendant is an essential member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role involves planning, setting up, and executing events with precision and attention to detail, from arranging table settings to providing meeting materials and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver seamless events
  • Maintain a high level of physical mobility, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 80lbs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage operation
  • Strong communication skills and a command of the English language
  • Smart Serve certification
  • A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
