Position Overview

As a Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring a memorable guest experience, starting with a warm and professional greeting. You will help maintain an organized and efficient dining environment by managing guest flow, optimizing seating arrangements, and communicating effectively with team members. Your professionalism and attention to detail will leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and inviting presence, both in person and over the phone, even during peak hours.
  • Communicate confidently with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to ensure smooth guest flow throughout the establishment.
  • Guide guests to their tables while engaging them in friendly conversation.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when taking reservations both over the phone and in person.
  • Recognize the importance of first impressions by ensuring the front entrance and host stand are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with table numbers and maintain awareness of each section in the restaurant.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to maintain a sense of professional urgency and momentum.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous.
  • Availability for evening shifts is essential.
