Business Relationship Manager for IT Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Canada. This role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between the IT department and corporate functions teams, ensuring that IT services and solutions align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in BRM or Business Analyst roles, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. They will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as a strong understanding of IT organization and governance.

Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Develop and maintain strategic business plans to ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with IT teams to understand business needs and drive technology initiatives
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet them
- Maintain visibility on global initiatives and ensure smooth transition and high adoption rates
- 5+ years of experience in BRM or Business Analyst roles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT organization and governance
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
