CAMP Systems International, Inc. is a leading provider of aircraft compliance and health management services to the global business aviation industry.

We are seeking an experienced OEM Field Service Representative to work with Bombardier, managing our partnership and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years' experience in aviation maintenance, management, technology engineering, consulting, or professional services.

The Role: As an OEM Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key partner personnel, delivering presentations and demonstrations to articulate features and differentiators of the CAMP service, and understanding customer requirements to develop solutions that address their pain points.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development opportunities by becoming a trusted colleague and on-site representative for key CAMP partnerships.
  • Determine the needs of partnerships by building relationships, identifying overall impact on the business, and working to co-create solutions or escalate issues.
  • Support on-site deliveries of new aircraft and capture these customers on CAMP through presentations and product demonstrations that communicate the value delivered by the CAMP service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve relationships with key partners, drive new business, and enhance our value.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure partners have the best possible experience related to CAMP's services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5-7 years' experience in aviation maintenance, management, technology engineering, consulting, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including regulations pertaining to Air Carriers.
  • Experience performing needs assessments and making recommendations based on discovered requirements.
  • Ability to present and interact with clients fluently in English and preferably in French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
