The House of Commons Administration is seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join its Recruitment and Selection Services team.

As a key member of the Recruitment and Selection Services team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the organization's future by providing expertise on recruitment and selection processes. You will develop and recommend innovative talent sourcing, recruitment, and selection strategies, as well as deliver solutions tailored to the needs of hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a related field, preferably supported by an HR professional designation, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. They will have progressive experience in HR, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection, as well as supervisory experience.

We are looking for candidates who are proficient in both official languages and can analyze workforce trends to provide recommendations to address emerging needs. You will be able to coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to hiring, and develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.
The annual salary range for this position is $95,700 - $121,088, depending on the level of experience and qualifications. Qualified candidates may be considered for future vacancies within the organization.
