Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver strategic support to our Human Resources Department. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while delivering high-quality support to our organization.
As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in building relationships with diverse organizations and professional groups to foster connections that support and broaden our talent pipeline. You will drive initiatives to enhance our organizational appeal through strategic marketing, digital presence, and by highlighting our unique culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment plans to meet the unique staffing needs of each business unit
- Engage in proactive, multi-channel talent sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to create a strong, diverse talent pipeline
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English preferred
