Key Responsibilities
- Drive intake sessions, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, offer management, and compensation negotiations.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Monitor external labor market trends and best practices.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to develop recruitment strategies.

Requirements
- Bilingualism in both French and English is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of prior recruitment experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for high-volume roles is required.
