Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting role evaluations, contributing to recruitment plans, and proactively managing the candidate experience to attract top talent. They will produce job offers, conduct reference checks, and manage terminations as appropriate. Additionally, they will utilize acquisition and social media platforms to build a talent pool, lead orientation, and manage onboarding logistics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in HR software, and have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • Completion of, or working towards, CHRP designation
  • 3 years of HR experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer generous vacation time, 4 paid personal days, and a group pension plan with 4% matching.
