Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality hires for the British Council, ensuring all roles have an agreed TA plan which is delivered to a high standard.
- Recruit vacancies by deploying the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including leading job briefing calls, sourcing, shortlisting, developing, and maintaining talent pools.
- Use data to accurately track and monitor performance of your TA pipeline and ensure resources are effectively utilized to deliver against performance metrics.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with hiring managers, People function colleagues, and relevant teams to create a positive customer experience through all aspects of the TA process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience of talent acquisition processes and a range of selection techniques.
- Understanding of candidate sourcing techniques, including digital/social media and direct sourcing.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident and clear communication skills, with experience of adapting your style and approach for maximum impact.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. The estimated salary for this role is around €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
