Salary InformationWe offer competitive salaries ranging from $68,195 to $121,088 per year, depending on the position. The salary scale includes:
- Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (ADG-C): $95,700 - $121,088
- Recruitment and Selection Advisor (ADG-D): $83,912 - $106,175
- Recruitment and Selection Officer (ADG-F): $68,195 - $86,288
- Recruitment and Selection Coordinator (ADG-G): $61,095 - $77,305
The Recruitment and Selection Services team provides expertise regarding recruitment and selection processes and actions. We develop and recommend proactive and innovative talent sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies to attract and select top talent for the organization.
As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to hiring. You will also develop and execute innovative and proactive talent acquisition strategies, providing tailored advice and solutions to hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in a related field preferably supported by an HR professional designation OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training;
- Progressive experience in HR, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection;
- Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, and coaching staff;
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience negotiating team structures, managing resources, and leading cross-functional working groups without direct authority;
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment, selection, and mobility strategies, including salary administrative guidelines, to address workforce needs and organizational requirements;
- Experience delivering training and operationalizing recruitment strategies to enhance procedures, practices, and policies;
- Proven ability to provide expert advice, recommendations, and training to staff, HoC managers, and employees;
- Experience using online recruitment systems to improve information management and analysis;
- Experience providing administrative, coordination, and logistical support services;
- Experience maintaining correspondence and tracking management systems;
- Experience conducting recruitment and selection activities such as; sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates;
- Experience proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of data.
