Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Infodev Electronic Designers International Inc. The ideal candidate will specialize in high-tech and electronic projects for the public transit sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Promote and sell our products, software, and services to existing and prospective customers in the public transit industry.
- Develop and maintain contact with clients and prospects, including transit agencies, vehicle constructors, operators, and integrators.
- Analyze and reply to sales opportunities (leads) in the public transit industry for North America and/or Europe.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to monitor and analyze quote requests and tenders.
- Prepare pricing for orders and tenders.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- College or Bachelor degree in business administration, commercial management, engineering/technical, or related field.
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written.
- Understanding of or interest in technologies, electronics, informatics, and technical fields.
- Relevant professional experience of more than 3 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Meet the company's health, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Available to travel occasionally to Canada, the United States, and Europe.
