Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
- Providing administrative support to the Director, including researching and summarizing support materials
- Developing and implementing new work methods and procedures
- Performing record management duties, including setting up and maintaining filing systems and databases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 plus graduation from a recognized administrative or secretarial program
- Three years' recent related experience in a large complex business environment or healthcare environment
- Ability to type 55 w.p.m.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
