Role OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RPN to provide quality nursing care to patients in various settings. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- A valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
