As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing our front office, supervising patient scheduling, billing, and claims, and reporting directly to senior staff and executive team members. Your medical understanding and background will enable you to effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls, sales leads, and provide quality control calls to ensure patient satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will require a college degree, supervisory or management experience, and excellent computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and digital software is also essential. Additionally, you must have high energy, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate creativity, initiative, and a team-oriented outlook for problem-solving.
