Luxpro Cleaning Ltd is a reputable organization seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. Our company values efficiency and excellence in all aspects of business operations.
Salary: $35.00 per hour, with a minimum of 35 hours per week. This translates to approximately $2,475.00 bi-weekly or $62,700.00 annually.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our HR department. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. Your excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate tasks will ensure seamless execution of these initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Supervise other workers.
- Train staff.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Manage contracts.
- Manage training and development strategies.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
- Oversee the preparation of reports.
- Recruit and hire staff.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- An estimated 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
