Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a medical understanding and background
- Supervise patient scheduling, billing, and claims
- Provide quality control calls and empathize with patients
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and sales leads
- Report directly to senior staff and executive team

Requirements and Qualifications:
- A college degree
- Supervisory or management experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and digital software
- High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
