At Pure Life Health Centre, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift in a medical office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in healthcare customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, supervising patient scheduling and billing, and providing quality control calls to patients. Additionally, they will oversee the front office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. To excel in this role, you should have strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and experience with digital software used in physiotherapy offices. Requirements:
  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
