About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving net new and expansion revenue through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to successful close. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our innovative platform.

  1. You will approach clients as future partners, not just leads to be closed. This means taking a consultative selling approach to ensure long-term success and building strong relationships with our clients.
  2. You will advise prospects on how to implement an effective Performance Creative process using Motion, helping them see the value in our platform and how it addresses their workflow challenges.

The ideal candidate will be a driver, not a passenger, with a hunger to grow and build a career in sales. They will live in Canada, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area, and possess excellent self-reflection skills, critical thinking abilities, and strong performance/presentation skills.
