Kenny U-Pull is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Windsor and London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and prospecting, with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solicit customers and develop a strong customer base in the automotive and recycling industry;
  2. Build lasting relationships with suppliers and negotiate purchasing conditions;
  3. Prospect in person, by phone, email, and social media to identify new business opportunities;
  4. Collaborate with the call center and logistics team to exceed purchasing goals;
  5. Ensure good communication with other departments and stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Postsecondary diploma required;
  2. Valid G-class driver's license and a good driving record;
  3. Minimum 5 years experience in outside sales and prospecting;
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent numeracy and mental math skills;
  5. Strong relationship-building acumen and good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
