Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES.INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
