Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Communications Call Centre Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication support to various stakeholders, including physicians, clinics, patients, and emergency response teams.

About the Role:
As a Communications Call Centre Attendant, you will be responsible for receiving internal emergency calls, coordinating responses, and managing on-call duty sheets. You will also provide pager replacement and maintenance services to over 16,000 users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to internal emergency calls and coordinate responses
• Manage on-call duty sheets and communicate with on-call staff
• Provide pager replacement and maintenance services
• Develop effective communication strategies to ensure timely responses

Requirements:
• Grade XII and one year of related experience required
• Must have accreditation or commit to a three-month training period
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Relevant knowledge in telecommunications equipment operation
• Previous experience in healthcare or emergency services is an asset
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond to emergency procedures and act independently
